From the Edison filaments that cast romantic light on our tables to the finishes found throughout our dining room, we’ve paired a modern aesthetic to the traditional enoteca. We’ve created an environment for you to enjoy exclusive Italian wines at your leisure, while sampling our menus daily creations. You know you’re somewhere special. Savory and fresh you’ll find authentic and inspired dishes form Italy paired with seasonal ingredients sourced from local vendors whenever possible. The restaurant boasts dinner theater in the form of exhibition pizza viewed from our intimate dining room or our linear leathered marbled bar. The difference is in dining and a culinary experience.
Our dough is made with the finest “00” wheat flour imported from Naples and fermented naturally with an ancient slow rising sourdough recipe. It is baked for 60 seconds at 900 degrees in our traditional hand molded tuff stone Neapolitan pizza oven builton site by a 3rd generation artisan from Naples. The long fermentation and quick bake time seal the dough’s natural aroma and moisture resulting in a savory blistered crust that is both soft and easily digestible.
We’ve built relationships with many top importers to bring our guests a bold selection of exclusive wines from various regions in Italy. You can find a balanced inventory from known producers, to hidden corners of the country that would rarely otherwise make it into Canada. We’re continually adding new wine selections. Our list includes outstanding award-winning Italian wines from top producers, to limited production estate-bottled wines that would rarely otherwise make it into Canada. Turin, La Venaria Reale, Alba, Barolo, Barbaresco and Langhe are well represented on our custom designed wine racks.
